A 3-hour train trip

That’s where Chiwar Musa was taken ‘by bus’ yesterday morning, I was told by HMP Pentonville, where he has been held since November 2011. Pentonville is marked as “Category B/C“.

The Verne is a “Category C” clearly designed for more long term prisoners which Pentonville never was, they say. But I do wish I didn’t have to learn about that nor about everything else to do with  prison law as yet another reason for applying for Legal Aid, in addition to family law, criminal law and immigration law.

Please email him, send him letters, cards, newspapers, magazines. He is an intelligent man and he is as innocent as all the other parents whose children are taken to satisfy the greed for money and / or the need for aberrant sexual urges. Punishment without Crime is one way of putting it.

We are holding a meeting at the House of Commons on 15th January to address child snatching as one of the issues in online media but covered up by mainstream media.

I can’t tell you

Gloria is doing even worse in HMP Holloway where she suffers not only her physical pain but also from racism. I was told by a ‘cell neighbour’ who had been punished for helping her!

This ‘case’ is acknowledged to be the worst of all child snatching cases. And I wonder whether it’s also the worst of all cover-ups. Covering up crimes like snatching children is one thing. But to cover up such crimes in court, by rigging the jury and forbidding note taking in the public gallery is as suspicious as using the mainstream media for ‘whitewashing’.

However, we know by now that Child Snatching is one of Seven Deadly Syndromes and Seven Media Cover-Ups.

SEVEN years imprisonment is the sentence given today by a judge who should have disclosed that he is an ordained priest and a founding member of the Marriage Foundation. A whistleblower also mentioned that the jury was rigged… That’s how victims become criminals, while the real criminals occupy the moral high ground and get promoted…

It’s as if one can only understand the whole drama from the perspective of Haringey Council, the perpetrator. Otherwise, it just doesn’t make sense. Now that they got what they wanted, I feel I can set the site to ‘public’ again. Now they don’t need to be afraid of internet publicity any more…

Mind you, I must not publish anything about the children. Never mind how they suffer from not seeing their parents, as long as they brought money into the kitty and gave sexual pleasure to the son of the foster carers and / or other paedophiles. The family photos were ‘staged’, DC Sewart claimed!…

I never got an answer to my letter to Legal Services from Haringey Council which I wrote in response to their injunction order. For they can count on ‘the system’ of people ‘just doing their job’ – which is simply too strong for any individual to fight – whether it’s about a fraudulent bankruptcy or the falsification of documents aiding in child snatching.

Somehow, the whole thing wouldn’t be as bad, if it was ‘real’. But this cover up that we are meant to take seriously, call ‘justice’ and ‘fairness’ and possibly ‘moral righteousness’ is nothing but abuse of power and heartlessness, out of fear of losing one’s job, pension and, most likely, other ‘perks’… It’s so crazy that it is close to crazy making, unless one does find a way of making sense of irrational behaviour and decisions by all the people in all the institutions involved…

Unfortunately, the mainstream media are behind the irrationality. Actress Michelle Collins seems to use the occasion to promote her ‘doing good’, or is it DC Sewart of Haringey Police who masterminds also the PR of this case? In his summary, the Musas’ barrister pointed out how they omitted evidence to prove the parents guilty, but who cares when the system needs to protect its protagonists??? I am simply baffled at how far irrationality can go in Court and News Rooms. But then I’m a mathematician and computer scientist: rational and logical…

Musas did not appear shocked at the verdict, as if by now they are resigned to not getting justice.

Looking at matters in the round, this result could have been predicted.

Sentencing  will be on August 14^th and we presume they will be instantly deported.

Haringey of course must be popping corks this evening.

I don’t know whether I can find words that describe the horror of what I’m feeling, what I imagine the parents and the children are feeling, let alone the legal team.

I don’t know how “they” can get away with it: the liars, cruel and violent people.

I don’t know why the jury couldn’t see the light.

But I do know that I cry.

And now I found Nelson Mandela as the only consolation. For it’s not just about parents, children and paedophilia. It’s also about Africa and racism.

It was rather amazing

In any case, during this waiting time, the legal team and the supporters need to be in court! Otherwise, they’d never find out how the jury decides! I wonder whether there is an internet cafe nearby where one can wait?

The other amazing fact is: if 8 members decide the Musas are guilty of ‘child cruelty’ and 2 not, the verdict would not be accepted. In other words, the decision has to be virtually unanimous.

Let’s keep praying! For even if they are acquitted and freed from prison, they will still have to go through family proceedings to get their children back!

• the onus of proof is on the CPS: the prosecution has to prove ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ that the defendants are guilty
• it is NOT up to the defendants to prove that they are not guilty
• the bizarreness of the trial starting with the events around what I call ‘staged drugging’ on 28th June 2011 rather than in chronological sequence
• the production of 2000 pages of ‘evidence’ during the trial so that the defence team didn’t have the time to absorb it at all

• that it all started with Michelle Collins, Indira Katalozzie and Alexandra Constantinou in December 2009

• the inconsistencies of the doctors’ statements in the hospital in June
• the lack of openmindedness, fairness and impartiality of Haringey Police
• how they didn’t investigate properly
• by not getting CCTV footage from the hospital
• or telephone records
• the Police Officer in charge claimed that the photos of a happy family before the trial were STAGED!!!

It’s been a David & Goliath situation with 44 Prosecution witnesses against just 2 Defence witnesses! But this very ‘inequality of arms’ could work just work in their favour and it hasn’t all gone the Crown’s way by any means. Don Markus the solicitor says he tried extremely hard trying to get witnesses, I have no doubt he did because he kept reporting his efforts to me.
