There is a serious Human Rights gap in the UK with respect to the UN and the EU:
- The United Nations (UN) are trying to ensure the Rule of Law
- Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the UN says
Article 13.
- (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
- (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
Victims of white collar crimes have experienced the violation of
- Article 6: the right to a fair trial
- and Article 13: the right for an effective remedy before national authorities.
But who cares? It seems that we the people do and won’t tolerate any more what’s going…

There is a need for as many people as possible to start boycott public services and arrange a peaceful gathering outside the parliament for as long as it takes so to attract international media attention. cases can be discuss without naming children families or social services though they need to be exposed. the government and the judicial acting worst now than ever. they are to scared because 29 judges are on an operation ore list as pedophiles. this should bring shame to the prime minister who he is a father and a good father should not tolerate pedophilia.

Get the EU involved ,there is an EU court that superceeds this local authorities
There are lots of victims who have submitted cases to EU courts and some have won. That has gained them even more harassment in the UK though.
Meanwhile the Local Authorities ‘commit business as usual’, I’m afraid.
I believe that the High Commission of Nigeria will be more successful. And possibly Interpol.

I note Judge Glenn Brasse has apparently, broken his arm (is this the same as Dr B. A? – who IS NOT A QUALIFIED Expert Witness AND WAS – ALLEGEDLY – UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT?)
With regard to YOUR REMARK MOISE “In view of the constant publicity sought in this matter contrary to the orders the Judge has made”, Which Orders? – theFabricated / Fake / FORGED / Fraudulant / RE-CREATED (by you) / ones you constantly and consistently have (allegedly) submitted to the Court and presented before the Court ‘as Law’, AS HAVE ALL of you (you know who you all are) having colluded with YOUR PERSONAL MALFEASANCE? Were there any GENUINE ‘ORDERS – I SUSPECT YOU WILL NOW BE RE-CREATING to present before the Court on 21 July. ALL (as referred to BY YOU BELOW) other ‘Orders, were NEVER VALID IN THE FIRST PLACE because NONE OF THEM WERE ‘SIGNED’ AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN (in accordance with correct COURT PROTOCOL). You, PERSONALLY, have taken advantage of FOREIGN NATIONALS naivety with regard to the UK Judicial system, as have all your ‘associates’ (including Judgg Glenn Brasse).
Just of interest, I wonder which Judge will be sitting – ANOTHER FRIEND OF YOURS AND BRASSE perhaps? Another CRONEY of yours who you ALL CREATE and give a ‘Title’ from a totally made up, and fabricated idea of ALL of yours.

I would not be at all surprised if Judge Brasse IS AT HOME HURRIEDLY DESTROYING ALL THE ‘EVIDENCE’ he may have (or amending it – as it would appear YOU HAVE CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY done, throughout this case – and others?). YOU are despicable in your actions / lack of action / sadistic behaviour towards and in regard to CHILDREN…… DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN???? Have they EVER BEEN RAPED? Do you have ANY IDEA HOW FAVOUR MUSA FEELS? Since she reported being SEXUALLY MOLESTED IN CARE, NONE OF YOU HAVE ACTED IN HER (or the other children’s)’best interests’ – WHY???? Just WHY? Incidentally, if LORD FAULKNER is to sit on this case at all or anyone associated with him – either distantly or closely (as HE IS A GOOD FRIEND OF JUDGE BRASSE, after all HE appointedBrasse to the ‘Barr’), he is NOT and can NOT be objective. You KNOW, as well as I do, the APPEAL JUDGE WAS NOT OBJECTIVE. The ONLY reason you DID NOT want publicity about this case, has had NOTHING to do with the children’s ‘best interests’ – but more about YOUR CAREER – a bit like Collins and her friend Kat !! (I have known ALL about Collins and CARIS’ involvement in this case since last year BTW).
